Mango Salsa
Mango salsa has been our kids new favorite side dish! Pair it with burgers, tacos, grilled chicken, or your favorite summer dish! It's a quick and easy way to add some color and bright fresh flavors to your meal.
Mango salsa:
Ingredients:
- 1 large mango, or 2 small mangoes, cut into 1 inch cubes 
- 1/4 small red onion, finely diced 
- Juice of half a lime 
- Fresh parsley, chopped (cilantro works too) 
- Salt and pepper 
Directions: Mix it all of the ingredients together in a small mixing bowl and serve immediately. Enjoy!
